If you have been spending time at a regular gym, I would like to invite you to challenge yourself with a gym such as CrossFit Athletic City. During Covid, I switched to a CrossFit gym and never went back to a regular box gym. The name can be intimidating but I assure you that one would get a more efficient and productive workout session.
