First and foremost - the staff is so caring and supportive. I've experience this with other mortuaries in the past, but this is at a different level. I think it's to due with the difference in approach and technique. To be able to not only use only 5% of the traditional energy consumption of a regular cremation, but to know that the nutrient-dense liquid (aka: Tree Tea) can support our forests makes this a very special and giving way to support my loved one.

From the early stages of preplanning through the final process the experience was lovely! The staff did a great job of providing clear detailed information. The water cremation process itself is fascinating and when my mom was making her post life plans, she was intrigued by the many benefits of the process! When my mom passed they were caring gentle and respectful. They seemlessly took care of all of the details necessary to make the process smooth. I feel like me and my family were among friends.

They were always available and responsive, the process was wonderful, and I couldn't be more grateful for their services.

Very kind and compassionate people. No pressure, just information about the process and details of options available. They even personally delivered the urn and death certificates to my home. The process was smooth and relatively simple, all things considered about the situation you're in to need their services.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for Rochelle and her team! The sincere and professional care they took of my Mother, myself and entire service was professional, considerate and kind.
