First and foremost - the staff is so caring and supportive. I've experience this with other mortuaries in the past, but this is at a different level. I think it's to due with the difference in approach and technique. To be able to not only use only 5% of the traditional energy consumption of a regular cremation, but to know that the nutrient-dense liquid (aka: Tree Tea) can support our forests makes this a very special and giving way to support my loved one.

From the early stages of preplanning through the final process the experience was lovely! The staff did a great job of providing clear detailed information. The water cremation process itself is fascinating and when my mom was making her post life plans, she was intrigued by the many benefits of the process! When my mom passed they were caring gentle and respectful. They seemlessly took care of all of the details necessary to make the process smooth. I feel like me and my family were among friends.
