Horriblely unprofessional. I went to this salon for a few years and honestly it was always so stressful as they would cancel on me. I had to three times go back into after getting my hair done as one time my hair was cut uneven and I told the stylist but she continued to gaslight me. Then I went to a new styles and both times I paid to have my hair dyed it was not at all what I asked for it basically looked like nothing was done.
