Barry Carter, The owner of BDX is not to be trusted as far as honoring his products warranties. The techs and support people at BDX are helpful and nice. I purchased a Rover 48v lead acid battery Golf Cart in Oct 2024 with an extended warranty to Oct 2027. Had to call after a week to see where my item was. Guy who answered phone didn't know anything. Called back next day, finally got it shipped out. Received it missing parts! I paid extra to their company for the parts, or else I woulda just got the main part off Ebay for less than half the cost! Finally received missing parts after calling 3 times,, just to get 3 oversized Washers, no nylon washers as pictured, and wrong thread nuts! I will never buy from again! these people are crooks and scammers they drop ship everthung say they have parts and tech support them when they get your money they make a joke will not back up anything crooks buyer beware buy else where these people are bad
I personally think bdx is 5 star rating company. I've been ordering from them and many other companies that deals with buggys. They are the fastest and most reliable, most knowledgeable company I dealt with. It's also cool to buy from a family oriented company that cares and knows more about buggys than I do. I recommend anyone who loves the sport of buggys, and go kart to do business with them. T.M from Florida
