Brandon did an excellent job figuring out an issue that was causing serious problems for months. He and his mechanic (also Brandon) spent a lot of time pinpointing the cause and were able to fix it! So thankful for their attention to detail. I thought it might be something unresolvable. Highly recommend! Not the first time they have worked on a vehicle for me and great service and fair pricing both times!
Had the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Brandon had my vehicle for almost a year, and I got it back in worse shape than when I towed it there. I had zero communication from him the whole time, I had to talk to him through a third party, who had sold me the vehicle in February. For some reason Brandon wouldn't return any of my calls but would only talk to the previous owner. BDS has been the best thing I could find for being a first time diesel owner that bought a truck with problems. Brandon and Brandon went above and beyond to figure it out. Communication is amazing during services. Craftsmanship is phenomenal. I have repeated back a few times since for work and as always, done right the first time. Anything this truck needs or any future trucks will always go to BDS!
I had my 2011 ram 2500 there for a head gasket replacement. I think they went above and beyond. The head looks great. They did a great job. They fixed a lot of minor things they identified as well. My truck runs better than new. Price was really fair for the amount of work needed to be done. I highly recommend them.
