This was our second experience working with the BDS team and we were, once again, very happy with the results. They are attentive to details, creative, personable, honest, trustworthy, professional and hard working as are each and every sub contractor. To preface, initial communications were good. We are looking to remodel our 8ft x 10ft laundry room. We spoke on the phone and discussed our vision for the space. I was emailed a questionnaire to describe more in detail what we wanted done and what our expected budget was. I neglected to mention that we have gotten 2 other estimates from other companies where they actually came out and gave us an estimate. We have dealt with many contractors and remodelers over many years and houses. BDS is without a doubt the very very best, and we would recommend them to anyone for any sized project without any hesitation.
We hired BDS for a full kitchen and laundry room renovation. The results are better than I imagined - we love our new space! Bryan, John, and Andrea were fantastic to work with. We've done other home projects in the past and BDS's communication and attention to detail was far better than anything we've experienced before. Would work with them again!
