John came back to our property in Overland MO to investigate a possible issue on a new Bdry system. His response after hearing from Joel was very quick. John got to the site, examined the issue with me and immediately began tesing. We ultimately found that the issue was not the new Bdry system but a small semi-hidden crack in the cinder block foundation. I had a Egress window installed in my finished basement The workman did a good job and were pleasant! The contracted a repairman to install the dry wall and refinish . He did a excellent job. Sometime after we had a rain storm and I found that the window leaked. John came back and found the problem and fixed it well at least until the next rain storm.
