It's been raining all week in Nashville and our basement is dry. In 2021, the routine was rain = shop vac. A lot of rain = a lot of shop vac. We got estimates ranging from $13K to 45K for a fix (plus family disruption from the construction plus a pandemic backlog wait time of a few months). BDry's Rich Jackel was the only person to suggest we first try $200 and some shoveling to replace a buried corrugated drain pipe. We did exactly that and it worked! I am grateful for his insight, experience, and honesty.
I can't speak highly enough of Rich Jackel with B-Dry. We recently had a new driveway poured which has caused flooding in our basement. Rich was super helpful, didn't try to "sell" us on an expensive system we didn't need. He gave us an honest assessment of our situation and offered some things we should try BEFORE investing thousands of dollars in sump pumps and french drains. I can tell you, if the problem persists, B-Dry is the first call I will make!
They did a terrific job from start to finish. The work was done exactly as specified, and took 3 days. Our basement had major seepage issues beforehand and it has been bone dry ever since. The crew were extremely competent and friendly. An excellent company that does great work.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and specifically Jermey and his team! He was so professional and courteous. He was patient and answered all questions and you can tell he has a great sense of pride in the work he and his team do. The work was flawless. They were a pleasers to have in our home, they kept everything as clean as possible, were always on time, and were very respectful of our home. I wish every home improvement and contracting company functioned like Bdry. A plus!
We had water and foundation issues at our home. We went with BDry and were very impressed. They stabilized our foundation, waterproofed the crawl space, and extended our downspouts underground away from the house. They scheduled our work about 6 weeks from the initial inspection/estimate so they would be able to dedicate a full crew for a week.
