DO NOT CALL. DO NOT USE. We had this company replace our water heater, which went well. The plumber was professional; however, the business itself operates like a borderline scam. I mentioned to the plumber that our AC wasn’t working, and he said his boss would provide a free quote. My husband scheduled an appointment, and a technician came out. The tech placed a thermometer in a vent (as I was explaining the unit didn’t work), then inspected the outdoor unit and declared, “Yeah, this is done.” Without asking, he removed a m... read more
I freaked out when our air went and my house read 86 degrees. Alex from BDP came and honestly was so kind, quick, clean and efficient. He calmed my nerves and fixed my air with a smile (even though we were both sweating bullets!!) Best experience I’ve had with a maintenance company. I could not recommend more!! Call BDP if you are in need!!!
Another fine job by BDP Plumbing. Had them install a pool heat pump this week and the crew did a fantastic job. There was electrical, trenching and plumbing services performed. When the job was done, you wouldn’t even know they had to trench a decent portion of the yard and finished grounds. They were quick, clean, professional and prompt. Very impressed.
