Had a breakdown at Taree, Volvo FH16. Mechanic arrived promptly and called me when he left to update ETA. Rapid diagnosis of the issue on roadside. Ricky organised a heavy lift tow and created an action plan for repair, repairs carried out and wash down completed in a very short time. Ricky was aware of the perishable load onboard and overall I cannot fault my experience. In the future I will advise Volvo breakdown service of my preference for BDM to attend. Thanks Ricky and thanks BDM for striving to please your customers.
