Great service from the team. Quick dispatch time and had the parts in stick. Got us back on the road in no time. Friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
Love the service and support that BDM have provided us over many years. Whether it be scheduled maintenance, repairs or call out. When needed they are always there for us with great quality and fair value.
Great bunch of guys with excellent service, they go above and beyond to get a great result
Had a breakdown at Taree, Volvo FH16. Mechanic arrived promptly and called me when he left to update ETA. Rapid diagnosis of the issue on roadside. Ricky organised a heavy lift tow and created an action plan for repair, repairs carried out and wash down completed in a very short time. Ricky was aware of the perishable load onboard and overall I cannot fault my experience. In the future I will advise Volvo breakdown service of my preference for BDM to attend. Thanks Ricky and thanks BDM for striving to please your customers.
