Over promised and grossly undelivered! BDM as a result of lies have now left a family of 5 (3 kids under 5) homeless. Wasting weeks of time to do quotes, demanding meetings requiring us to take time off work, and no contract written, to be told they will now be looking at it end of January 2026. Ceased communication, wont hand over any plans all because they got a bigger job. Our family has been out of our house for 6 months due to the May flood event. Our first home was selected from BDM’s standard plans with their standard entry level inclusions which still included everything such as air conditioning, blinds, driveways & landscaping + a couple of upgrades. Our second home was custom designed by BDM’s director, Brad Maggs, who took into consideration all of our needs & requests.
