They built us a pool and rock structure with a water slide. Did an amazing job!
Mostly good quality and responsive. We paid extra for what was supposed to be a high efficiency heater that BDL’s rep urged on us. Unfortunately, it broke repeatedly and could not be put in a condition to operate reliably. I understand that particular heater has been a problem for others as well, and BDL regrets having pushed it. We have had a few tile detachments, but that is not surprising given temperature fluctuations here. We have worked with Rob and BDL on 2 separate builds and pools now and have been so happy with the level of service and professionalism. Anytime we have questions or concerns Rob is onsite immediately taking care of anything that needs to be dealt with. They work hard to get the project done according to schedule and have always worked well with our contractors and landscapers. Rob is hands down the best of the best!!
Robbie and BDL put our pool in 5 years ago. It has been amazing. 5 years in, and we have not had any problems with the pool and equipment. The plaster, tile, and equipment have all been flawless - could not have performed better. The winters in northern Utah are harsh and one should expect touchups to be required to anything that is above ground - like the slide we had built. We used BLD 2 yrs ago on our pool and I would use them again. Robbie made our vision come to life. To think that a project our size would come without any problems just isn't realistic. When we had a concern they were addressed and talked over in a timely manner. My phone calls were never avoided . I would recommend them to anybody building a pool.
