I want to include part of a previous review: "This is a reliable and honest company." I completely agree! I've had them out a few times now and won't bother calling anyone else when I need anything for my septic system. They always take the time to explain (in simple terms) what's going on with my septic and how they'll fix it. They have never done unnecessary work and often do less than I expected. Definitely recommend them!!
Mike was awesome, he is a pro at both driving the truck and pumping the system. Our house is located on a very tight one way street In Jenner, every time we call a company to come do work at our house our neighbors get involved. Mike did a phenomenal job highly recommend!

We had a leach pit issue and feel extremely fortunate we called BDK Septic for help. Every step of the way they went above and beyond, doing everything they could to help us save money and get the best outcome. They patiently educated us on all aspects of our septic system and generously coached us through a lot of the repair process so we could do as much as possible ourselves, saving us thousands of dollars. The service providers are great and timely, but their administration has bad customer service. I initially called and emailed to set up a new service, and didn't receive a call back for several weeks. The admin mentioned that she doesn't check voicemails or emails until the time was closer to monitoring reports. It was impossible whenever I tried to reach customer service - very unprofessional. The business should invest in admin that has proper customer service skills.
