Be cautious! I hired BDK Construction Inc. in March 2025 to renovate my home. The work included plumbing and electrical systems. Then a major water leak occurred, severely damaging our kitchen, basement, ceilings, flooring, and appliances. It was later discovered that the contractor was unlicensed and failed to inform us about the necessary building permits.
