Kevin helped me on Friday with our 1st family dream car perfect nothing wrong with it, at a good price plus he got it all registered for me, they even changed my battery for me when it was in the red after coming back over the weekend I’m thankful, if you’re buying you’re first car definitely recommend
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Mr daughter bought her 1st car from these guys & have had nothing but great help with it all. Nothing was too hard, we never felt like, "oh they're just girls, they have no idea" etc. We initially thought there was a brake problem but they got onto it straight away & got everything checked out immediately. Very rude and proudy. I visited their yard to buy a hatch but the guy who attended me gave me a feel that “why the hell you came here”. Very rude. Read the clarification, you guys don’t have anything in my budget is fine, no problem. But I think customer service is inform the customer politely. And for your information your salesman have not shown anything in 8990. I told him budget can be flexible. Anyways I think this is your way to treat customers. Good luck.
