My settlement check was sent to them on March 27th 2024. I am still waiting for my payment. My boyfriends brother went with Morgan & Morgan who where much quicker, easier to communicate with and fast to respond. In my opinion i would not use BD&J again, I would use Morgan & Morgan based on the service my boyfriends brother received.
Dont use bd&j attorneys they dont care for you only them self.they dont return phone calls emails. This is how they did me.i was struck behind while riding 5 miles an hour and 3 guys ran into me and left hit and run.good thing i had uninsured motorist which allowed me $15, 000 in pain and suffering.
