Jose was nice when I initially went to him to repair a logic board. I still had issues with it and notified him, Id bring it back when I returned to LA. 2nd time, still had issues so I took it back a 3rd time. He then proceeded rto tell mw it was a virus and not the same issue and he ended me to erase everything and back up my computer. I had it checked and was told it was the SAME logic board problem, didn't need to be backed up. 4th time Jose had an attitude and mishandled my MacBook putting it on its side.
