Jose was nice when I initially went to him to repair a logic board. I still had issues with it and notified him, Id bring it back when I returned to LA. 2nd time, still had issues so I took it back a 3rd time. He then proceeded rto tell mw it was a virus and not the same issue and he ended me to erase everything and back up my computer.
