So I had to give BDiva another chance so I came over today because I needed a few things and in this climate I'm spending my money where I'm welcomed. Well it is clean and I found everything with no problem. The staff is friendly and the services offered in store are amazing. So check them out.

I loved Tha fact that the stylist valued my time. I got a pixie cut which I love and was out of there within 1 hour. A lady was getting hey hair braided while I was there. Those girls almost completed her head within that hour. They are fast. I will definitely be back for their services.

Just walked in there with a client to buy a couple wigs and the two girls behind the counter did not greet us as we said hello and never asked if we needed help! Horrible CS.. zero stars :(

I would never buy anything from this store this is my 3rd time trying to buy from this beauty supply store and every time I come here they are closed. However, they have posted business hours of Monday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. currently its 3:31 p.m. Never come here its a waste of time.
