I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to get anything done. TLDR: Poor communication and unprofessional management. Rude phone manner, long delays, no follow-ups, and weeks without updates. Paid £264 for an assessment but received no further service. The engineer and receptionist were good, but overall management was disappointing, so I went with another company. I became a new tenant in a commercial building with a BDI system already in place. Once they have your money, don't count on any after sales service or support. It doesn't exist! Go elsewhere!
Gave a quote quickly, came and did the work exactly as specified and were communicative throughout. Can't recommend them enough.
Technician came over to decommission my faulty equipment (spent 2 days with the indoor monitor beeping). Paid £72 for that since the manual won’t tell you how to do it. Asked for a quote to change the system as not the right fit, still awaiting for it after 3 requests (are you guys filtering what is more profitable for you?)
