I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at BDI. The office staff was great and responded quickly to my request to get my son in sooner for evaluation if something earlier opened up. Amy is INCREDIBLE. She is both a speech therapist and an IBCLC and is the sole reason I was able to continue to breastfeed my little one after having a consistently painful latch. I am now at a loss for the top notch reviews this therapy service has received. I initially relied on this information as a reference point for researching services for my child. My husband and I reached out 4 weeks ago about their services and process. The contact was Harley (sp), she assured us that someone would call us back. Two weeks went by and no call back. We went here for both speech and PT for my infant son. The SLP, Amy, we worked is also lactation consultant and myofunctional therapist. She was an absolutely incredible resource for us while navigating oral ties, nursing issues, deciding whether or not to do the release procedure, and for the aftercare after ultimately deciding to get the ties released. The admin team is exceptional! They are so helpful and informative and you can tell they really care about their patients. Amy is wonderful! She is so compassionate and kind. I feel heard and in good hands with her. My daughter immediately took to her and felt comfortable. Amy has gone above and beyond to support us and help and I am very grateful our paths have crossed!
We cannot recommend BDI Playhouse enough. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and engaging and our child eagerly anticipated her weekly sessions. A particular highlight was working with Miss Amy for speech therapy. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in her field and our child made remarkable progress with her.
