They don't call you back to get a quote. So they just lost some business.. And after reading their reviews I'm thankful I found someone who I doubt BDI could come close to the quote I got. It's a waste of time calling and giving your info. If you want someone better and less expensive message me 😁

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unreliable and unprofessional. If you want a company that will try to complete your project with reject parts out of their truck boxes then this is your one stop shop. They quoted a two hour garage door opener install time. It’s now been almost three months and I was just told to fix their mistakes myself. They couldn’t even install the key pad on the right building. Stay away.

I hired BDI based on previous reviews. Unfortunately I will never again use BDI for my business. Communicatin was poor and not only did they set me back a week but they had to keep coming back to fix things before the drywallers could start. Ended up costing me more money for the drywall but after speaking to management at BDI it was clear they did not care about how their lack of quality service affects their customers.
