You have 2 kids working in a busy summer night. Seriously, the other location has way more people working and these kids are struggling. The young man working was doing a great job, but he shouldn’t have to be carrying your business. This place makes bank and you don’t have more employees because of ‘minimum hours’. Do better.
Unorganized service. Waited 15 to 20 mins. Where our orders were given to the wrong people, twice, especially to those who came in much later to order, after I have already ordered. Definitely wont be back.
My overall review focuses on hygiene and overall cleanliness of this ice cream shop. I went here today during the last hour of opening, and ordered a cookie monster and a dulce de leche ice cream. My boyfriend and I waited at least 20mins to get his dulce de leche ice cream with the cashier/server telling us my cookie monster is on the way. Waited another 15mins until I came up to the till and simply requested a refund for the cookie monster as I never got it.
