Well in all honesty I give the infusion center and nurses 5 stars, simply outstanding! However when my husband was diagnosed with pneumonia at urgent care, we reported the info to his doctor - Dr Thomas. He had explicitly told us to contact him with any changes. The cough is horrible, he’s not sleeping and is now running a temperature, after antibiotics for a week. Called over 3 hours ago and no return call. Just looking for some direction. I’m so disappointed in the care he’s receiving. Sorry, but you need to do better.
I’ve been going to the Bozeman Cancer Center for nearly three years. This might sound odd but I really look forward to my monthly treatments. I always imagined it would be a really depressing place but it’s far from it. All the staff are fabulous, the mood is cheery and positive, and I couldn’t ask for a better Oncologist/Hematologist than Dr Thomas. My cancer is not curable but it is treatable so I’ll be going there for a long time. I feel lucky to have such a fabulous facility so close to home.
The people who work here are the kindest I have ever met. Caring compassionate people who understand what it is to struggle with something like cancer. I could not have battled cancer without these people standing by my side and supporting me every step of the way. I am so thankful for all of them! From the doctors and nurses to the kind women at the front desk!! Words do not do them justice. Thank you!! All of you!!
I would highly recommend anyone battling cancer to go to Bozeman. I decided to get treatment in bozeman and even though it was a pain to travel back and fourth every day I cant thank the staff enough. From the oncologists and all the nurses everyone there is so caring and compassionate and patient. I was terrified when I first started this journey and they've all made me so comfortable. I cant thank them all enough for going above and beyond for me.
When I asked my (late) husband's oncologist why there has been so little progress in the cure of cancer he said, "Because the money is the treatment, not the cure." So there you have it.
