I ordered an item on ebay from this company weeks ago and they never shipped it. I have messaged them twice since and did not get a reply. Now I have to ask eBay to step in.
Back in September 2025, BDF Graphics sold me an item of a value of 1k online. Turns out they had it on preorder, not in stock. It wasn't mentionned on the website. BDF Graphics confirmed that they would refund by phone since they cannot provide the item they sold. I am still waiting on my refund, January 2026. Worst B2B experience so far.
I love this shop, you find everything. But currently the page is not working well, PLEASE RESEARCH AND RIGHT THE ERROR! The page is very slow, it does not allow you to see the shopping cart so we can not buy, I was trying to buy supplies and my Romeo but the website did not leave me.
