I have just moved to the area and I had chipped my tooth which was quite painful. I was shopping at Beaudesert Fair and noticed the dentist beside Coles. I popped in to ask about making an appointment. The lovely Chynna greeted me with a smile and went to chat to Mark the dentist. His previous client had ran early and Mark was so kind to squeeze me in. Mark was calm, friendly and professional. He fixed my tooth and made sure I was happy with the feel of it before I left. Excellent customer service! I will be back.
The calm, patient and reassuring nature of both Dr Madusha and the BDF dental assistants is exceptional. My daughter recently had a tooth extracted by Dr Madusha and it was very successful. The option to use happy gas was also a game changer. My daughter was once very scared of the dentist but she is now excited for her next visit with Dr Madusha! Thank you BDF Dental!
Had such a great experience with Dr Marc. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. All the staff are so lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend BDF dental.
Recently seen Dr Kina for experiencing pain when flossing, after some x-rays and images taken, Dr Kina recommended a filling, although I was nervous for needles, Dr Kina and her Dental Assistant, Kaite, made the experience a good one! I'll definitely be returning!
