Bridget is exceptionally talented and provides massage like no others I've experienced . She is exquisitely attentive to tightnesses and imbalances in my body. I am deeply appreciative of the relief she's brought to my shoulders, legs, and back.
Bridget has a unique ability to truly take a detailed history and checks in at each visit to refine her treatment plan to the individual patient. Her extensive knowledge and experience with anatomy guides each session. She records detailed notes to refer back to at each session and takes care to create a safe space for the patient. A sense of progress is evident as she evaluates movement before and after each session. I highly recommend Bridget to anyone experiencing chronic pain.

I’d give more stars if I could. Bridget is a dream come true for our family. My husband survived a ruptured aneurism and spinal stroke and we are in the midst of rehabilitation. Bridget treats his neuropathy like a seasoned pro and it was the best decision we’ve made on this journey. You won’t find better. She truly listens, provides quality feedback, and really wants to solve your concerns. Her hands are magic and we couldn’t be more impressed. She’s a gem.
I have spinal stenosis and have seen Bridget twice so far. I'm already seeing excellent results. Bridget's massage therapy is exactly that: therapeutic. I think massage may be a bit of a misnomer here. Bridget's treatment is a hands-on manipulation of nerves and muscles targeted to alleviate the pain, motor impairment, and other effects of physical problems. It's working extremely well for me.
