I dropped off my Rigid reciprocating saw back in April 2024 along with my hammer drill the drill was replaced and I was told multiple time they are waiting for parts So now Oct 2025 since I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or a answering machine now to leave a message I contacted Ridgid support centre and they are sending a email to the repair dealer CAUTION IF YOU LEAVE THINGS THERE Don
BDDM is an authorized repair shop for Rigid power tools. Rigid wouldn’t replace my broken drill and said I had to take it to BDDM. The shop had a lot of issues getting the replacement parts due to issues Rigid’s end. I don’t have an issue with the fact that it took a long time (over a year to get my drill fixed). My complaint is that they wouldn’t ever return calls and I would have to drive over a half hour every time to get a status update. Very frustrating to work with.
