nice people. But when I went here to schedule an appt, I sat for 2 hours waiting for someone to notice I walked in. They schedule appt. The day before my appt, they let me know they needed to reschedule and would contact me when they were available to do my hair. They never got back to me or responded to my messages and voicemail.
Hubs & I actually don't go to BDC Salon Suites but to our hair stylist, Ed Shafer, (Ph: 304/545-5575) whose shop is located in the same building on the first floor. Ed is a wonderful stylist for both women or men which is one of the main reasons we've been his clients for 12+ years.
Absolutely satisfied!
