Really good service. Staff patiently help me to resolve a time consuming double charge payment issue. It well demonstrate one bank customer experience in RBC.
Very slow processing and a non-supportive team.
Horrible, only AAA business and personal credit is accepted. Never realized that when a business is under financial stress (hence not a good rating) it needs loans. Pretty useless organization. Strongly recommend government to shut it down
