BDC is anything but “customer service” focused. If you are a small business owner, I’d strongly advise you look elsewhere for financing.
There a frad don't be dumb and pay them First of all they charge u over 200 for a hst number that u can get for free thur CRA for free also other company's charge half there price for business reg and they offer same day not like these ppl who charge u of u want it in 2 or 5 days what a joke
They don't vet their consultants and they don't stand behind their work. Consultants we used had little experience and appeared to be working in their own interest since most are not BDC employees. BDC is willing to give advice but have a no liability clause in their contracts that they will rely on heavily when mistakes are made. In other words, they are happy to be paid for advice but won't stand behind it. So much for being there for small business.
