One of the owners Dakota started having issues getting my cleaner repaired 3 1/2 months ago then slowly stopped returning calls and today I had to use my wife’s phone to get him to pick up so I could fire him and express my frustration. While he made no excuses he also offered no resolution to the dirty pool that I have to clean this evening again. This company knows what it’s doing. Great customer service, knowledge of equipment and the way pools are supposed to be ran, show up when they’re supposed to and charge a fair price. Very impressed great job! Update, they started great, now they give terrible service, absolutely terrible. Communication is a serious issue
Don’t know what happened to the quality of service here. But in the recent couple of months, their service has been awful. Dakota doesn’t follow up. It’s very hard to get a callback and when you do we were given false promises and commitments. This used to be a pretty good pool company but it’s obvious there are service issues, and that their level of commitment is very low.

I have only good things to say about this company! They are helpful, professional, honest and reliable. Since I switched to them, my pool ALWAYS looks good, and if it ever has a problem, I call Dakota and he fixes it ASAP. Pricing is reasonable and they show up every week like clockwork.
