My outside faucet was leaking. They were able to fit me in on the same day and Bill got it fixed quickly. I happened to have my garage open as I came home from work to meet them. He noticed something wasn’t connected on my water heater, which meant it was leaking carbon monoxide. He was able to quickly do a temporary fix until we could schedule another time for him to come and fix it properly. He didn’t know my situation, but he didn’t have to; he just did the right thing! Being a single mom, I was so grateful!!
