Had a leak under the sink. Called Bill and he answered right away. It was Saturday. he showed up within 30 minutes after finishing another job nearby. Bill showed me the leak, gave me my options and was completely thorough and transparent. I agreed to the required repair and the work was completed in 30 minutes.
