I love getting my nails done here. they do a great job on my nails and you don't need an appointment you can usually just walk in.
To be a first time customer I wasn’t treated like one. I asked for Hot water it was warm. The hot towel was warm and it said hot stones but I didn’t get that either. The lady seemed to get upset when I changed from Gel to clear polish!!!
Not my first time here but today was my breaking point . You will always wait longer than your service will last . I wasn’t offered an upgrade or even engaged . I waited 45 min for them to provide a 15 min pedicure (no exaggeration)with no massage and 30 seconds of a hot towel . The ladies who came in with 9:30 apt were treated no differently then a walk in .
