BEWARE!!!! DO NOT CALL THEM!!!! This company got my gas cut off to my commercial restaurant for a WEEK!!!!!! They came out to test for a leak per my request then found a small leak at the threads of a pipe that has apparently been leaking for years, no immediate danger HOWEVER the tech Robert immediately proceeded to call the GAS emergency number to get my gas meter pulled. It takes days to get a permit, inspection, then the meter reinstalled!!!!! All of this could have been avoided if they could have simply done the repair,... read more
RecommendedBig Shoutout to B&D..not once but on two occasions we needed an emergency plumber. The first time was Christmas morning when we woke up to water coming from the hot water heater...they were there within 45 minutes...second time was for a broken water shutoff knob...again they were there within 30 minutes. Both technicians were efficient, quick and followed Covid guidelines. You never want to have to call a plumber, but when you do.....call B&D.
