Emi and crew are great. I should have put this review sooner but I did not. We had B&D replace the entire boiler heater at my father's rental property. Pictures attached. Such a clean and awesome job. This was in 2022. I then did a major renovation at my house in 2023 and he modified my boiler heating lines and modernized the system. He also fixed my AC lines in my attic that the previous owners for some reason had them run through the roof which was causing leaks. Our general contractor recommended B&D: their crew was timely, friendly and knowledgable... and even identified a longstanding issue with our HVAC system! The first part of our service call was straight-forward: clean and inspect our AC unit. Because there were two technicians, the B&D team was able to complete the check quite efficiently. The second part was a bit more complex: our HVAC system has a tendency to cycle on and off instead of staying on continuously. Amazing service and amazing crew! It’s rare to find individuals working in a trade that don’t try and up sell or charge more than is needed! I needed two new systems in my new build for both furnace and A/C units and they showed up within a week of my call and installed everything brand new. I haven’t had any issues but I know if I ever need anything I can call and they would provide a quick, simple service. Highly recommend!!
