Had them do our counters at our Detroit Lakes home they were great...then had them put counters in our West Fargo home ....informed them 4 mo prior to needing counters installed...kept them updated on project process.....becuz of them our closing was delayed a month ..plus one of the pieces of quartz was chipped along the wall...I informed them of this right away and I heard nothing.... I have heard from other customers that they waited forever for their quartz as well...I won't use them again 😳

Love our quartz countertops. Jess was so helpful by helping me coordinate different tops. She always followed up when she said she would. The installation went very smoothly and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend B & D!

What a fantastic experience with B & D countertops! Jess guided us through the process of picking kitchen countertops and a sink that would compliment our cabinetry. We couldn’t be any happier with the end results! The measurements were spot on and the installers were professional and efficient. We absolutely love the end product and will recommend B & D to everyone!

I stopped by the showroom to find the door locked with a handwritten sign on the door, even though I was there during their published business hours. I stopped by again later and was happy find the store open, but unfortunately, I did not feel at all welcome there once I entered. The woman behind the counter was actually quite rude in both her words and demeanor. I certainly won't be back, and I do not recommend this place based on the poor customer service.
