Very professional and tried to accommodate my emergency. Unfortunately, the window glass for my car was on backorder and they suggested trying another company to get my window replaced. Helpful and understanding, great qualities for customer service. If I ever had another unfortunate event with my auto glass, I would go to BD Glass Plus first. Edit. 2/1/23 I was able to get a window from my dealership and have Brian install it. Very professional and helpful and extended his services if the window started acting up days after... read more
