We hired B&D Electric to install an outlet in our kitchen where an existing box was located. The technician came in and just put a new cover on it. He never installed the outlet. He was there less than 5 minutes. He then took our credit card info and my wife signed an authorization to pay it. It was $175. For 5 minutes and no work except replace a $0.40 cover.
