Service good but product is terrible. The timber look coating on our garage panel door has been stripped off in patches from bird droppings. B&D doors claim the coating is durable - if it is unable to withstand bird droppings, it is not a durable finish at all. For 7 weeks we have been trying to get the door repaired (it was only 3 months old). The head office in NSW replied promptly saying they would get someone out to look but we still have not heard from the repairers. Be warned - B&D timber look finishes are not durable!... read more
