We are relatively new to the area and didn't have any contacts for some work we needed done by a general contractor. Brian recently created a new entry stairway and landing leading to my front door. From the beginning of the process, he was communicative, responsive, and attentive. He took changes and adaptations (sorry about those balusters!!) in stride, while creating a beautiful, incredibly solid structure. The workmanship far outweighed the cost, and he put extra effort and trips in without complaint. I recently used Brian for a job sealing an exterior door and siding over it, as well as ripping down a poorly installed “screened in porch” over our deck. Tearing down and looking at the previous owners DIY had just become overwhelming. I had a deck that I couldn’t use and hated being in my backyard.
