I highly recommend services with B & D Dry cleaning. They have a great supportive staff who are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Mike Mullins was easy to work with, offered me guidance without even having to ask! they worked with me on the delivery as I was not ready for the return yet and held my things for a few months after the job was complete. Absolutely top notch operation. They do their best to get things cleaned and restored after a fire. Some items still have a smoke smell but that cannot be blamed on them - some things just can't clean as well due to fabric and location in the fire. They helped bring back many items that we thought were lost forever. If you have a fire these are the people to go with.
We had a fire at our home in March of this year. The neighbors had a roof done which caused our home and their home to go up in flames. Thankfully no one was injured at either location. Having an unexpected fire at our home has been extremely life changing, challenging and stressful to say the least. We met Mike a day or 2 after the fire. B&D was great! We met with Mike and his team and they were top teir!!! After having to move out of our home into temporary housing, dealing with the vendors were the only peace of mind we received during such a stressful time. Perfect customer service, reliable, efficient and pleasant. More importantly our items were delivered back and like new! Thanks again for relieving some of the stress and being so kind.
