They were very friendly and helpful the entire time, they even let me out on the shop floor to show me everything in full detail. They found the oil leak I was struggling to find for months now in just a few seconds. I hit a tire, and they showed me that there was no damage underneath whatsoever. Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had.
Bob was very professional. Affordable, trustworthy. Explained, showed me the problem advised what was needed and why. I highly recommend 👌 him.
Extremely kind, honest, and helpful people in this shop. Bob is a truly great person and so kind, and Richard got my Ford Fusion fixed up extremely well. My car's tire got cut on accident on their lift and Bob went out of his way to order the exact same tire I had on my car and offer to install it for free while I'm at work. I've never had the privilege of working with such great people before I went to Bob because his prices were reasonable and his level of openness and communication was unlike anybody else I had spoken to.... read more
