10/10 service, Bob saved our day! Driving from SF to LA and we ran over a giant tire tread in the middle of the lane, crumpling the underside of the car. Saturday afternoon, with a shop full of other customers, and Bob got us patched up enough to continue on with our journey safely and efficiently. And a bargain to beat! Thank you, Bob! They were very friendly and helpful the entire time, they even let me out on the shop floor to show me everything in full detail. They found the oil leak I was struggling to find for months now in just a few seconds. I hit a tire, and they showed me that there was no damage underneath whatsoever. Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had.
Extremely kind, honest, and helpful people in this shop. Bob is a truly great person and so kind, and Richard got my Ford Fusion fixed up extremely well. My car's tire got cut on accident on their lift and Bob went out of his way to order the exact same tire I had on my car and offer to install it for free while I'm at work.
