I was expecting, Marks A1 repairman, instead, a man in an unmarked black van came knocking at my door. He said he was here about a dryer, I said, oh, yes come on in. He asked what what was happening, I spoke, told him what was happening and continued to say he could park his van in my driveway. Hastily, he says, "I'm on the phone!" Instantly I got a vibe. First time we reached out they fit us in and came out to fix our dryer. They are easy to contact and work with. Bruce is very friendly, informative, and does a great job. He is my go to for appliance repair and recommend him.

Bruce is rude and combative, zero people skills, pure narcissistic behavior. HARD PASS
