First time we reached out they fit us in and came out to fix our dryer. They are easy to contact and work with. Bruce is very friendly, informative, and does a great job. He is my go to for appliance repair and recommend him.

Bruce is rude and combative, zero people skills, pure narcissistic behavior. HARD PASS
I have had different encounters with Bruce, who is very unprofessional. I did not chosen this company, it is one that the property sent to the property that I am renting. If I could choose, it wouldn’t be this one. Maybe the other workers are better, but Bruce has poor customer service skills.
