We needed a bunch of supplies for an event, and BCW provided us with both incredible customer service and rapid delivery. Brady made a special effort to coordinate with the shipping department and we couldn't be happier with how our order arrived. We'll definitely continue to use them and recommend BCW products!
Customer Service (Heather) so far is outstanding. I had an email inquiry and received a response moments later. I will update as I do further business with this company. Update; I ordered their polypropylene comic book bags modern size thick and was very pleased with them. The texture of them allowed me to insert comics without concern of damage. Nice and smooth. I had previously bought from comic pro and they were just the opposite where I was afraid that corners and edges would get damaged when putting the comics in.
