Ordered a bunch of items, including an "in-stock" 12x800 storage chest. They fulfilled half the order. No explanation as to why the largest item was ignored. I contacted them via email a few days later. I received a response from customer service that it would be fulfilled and ship out in 3-5 days. Fourteen days later, I contacted them again to inquire about the missing item. It took them another 3 days to put the order through and another 3 days to arrive. Great products and even better people
We needed a bunch of supplies for an event, and BCW provided us with both incredible customer service and rapid delivery. Brady made a special effort to coordinate with the shipping department and we couldn't be happier with how our order arrived. We'll definitely continue to use them and recommend BCW products!
