Завжди із симпатією та повагою ставлюся до будь-яких українських організацій, проте тут інколи замічаю деякі неув'язки та недосконалості на які працівники банку "закривають очі" і не бажають вирішувати та (чи) вдосконалювати. Наприклад, мені важко збагнути чому банкомат налаштований на приймання готівки в кількості 50 купюр (тобто максимум $5000), але після такого депозиту ваші кошти заморожують (кладуть на "холд") на невідомий період часу і можуть набридати дзвінками про надання доказ... read more
Today was the worst experience I have ever had visiting the Bloor West Branch in my entire life. I have booked an appointment with Lida Strembicky to open a new account and wanted to get a consultation for that a week ago. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.
