I went to the branch due to a fraud incident with my account and needed to withdraw cash. Casey helped get me a new card and advised me to due digital wallet to prevent this from occurring again. Casey gave me more account safety tips also. Great experience for me. Thank You BCU!!

Their customer service is deplorable. I have never done business with such an ssa backwards company before! You have to call multiple times, go through an unimaginable amount of trial and error, be hung up on and given false info, before you will ever have anything done. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
Referred by my brother who has BCU through work. Problems since day one including inability to access funds for 8 days, disabling of external transfers without authorisation and overall 1 star customer service. Agents unable to help, being transferred to multiple different departments without resolution. Joined in December and will be closing account ASAP.
