Horrible bank couldn't get in to my account due tk their faulty system. Then was told I have to jump through a million hoops to verify just to pay my loan. If they want their money so badly they shouldn't have shitty service.
After making 2 calls about use of deposit anywhere and getting confirmation to deposit a large certified cashiers check from another credit union due to a death in the family I followed the apps instructions signed the check and took the pictures only to have it denied and deleted because of it being to large to deposit and suggested to bring to to a branch office or mail to main office to have it deposited because they need to have the physical check in hand I have problems with this being one the app is for convenience to ... read more
On November 13,2024, I noticed a random charge of $999.00 from PayPal that was pending in my account. I called Baxter Credit Union the same day to dispute charge and they said they will look into it. The person I spoke to confirmed seeing the charge on there end. Never try to deal with BECU loan department no one knows how to deal with home loans pay off is horrifically hard to get. Wrong when you get it. Just spent hours on the phone with them sending me from one representative to another 6 none could help me.
Had a problem with a loan payment and wanted to talk to someone about it at credit union but the phone system won't let you talk to any one at branch and after 3 visits I just decided to pay off loan was better than all the hassle of actually getting any help or answers
