Amazing staff!
Edit: You can see BCUs response below. They are trying to make it look like their process is normal. I’ve spoken to several notable banks, US, Wells Fargo, ect, they stated that BCU requires too much time for their members to have an efficient banking experience, and I agree 100%. I went to the branch due to a fraud incident with my account and needed to withdraw cash. Casey helped get me a new card and advised me to due digital wallet to prevent this from occurring again. Casey gave me more account safety tips also. Great experience for me. Thank You BCU!!
