I am not happy with this account so far. I've been frustrated for days trying to get my money and pay my bills. They have you open an account and set up direct deposit, but without a physical or virtual card, you can't get your funds. Yes, they have bill pay and transfer $ options, but of course those take 1-5 business days. Lastly, don't get me started on all of the "error" messages I keep getting when I try to link my account to Zelle, etc. So at this point, I'm ready to close my account.

Currently on hold for 1 hour to send a wire. Third time calling today. Why is this bank not shut down?
Run as fast as you can, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. All the reps provide you with different information each time, and then tell you they will call you back in 1 business day.
Straight up there’s no one there on a day they say they are open. No signs. It’s like they don’t want people to bank there.
