I’ve been feeling disheartened with how BCS Swim School has handled things recently, especially as a long-time family. We’ve been with them since they first opened years ago, and it’s discouraging to feel like that history and loyalty don’t seem to carry much weight. I can only give this a one star cause my grandson is attending. The part that drives me up the creek is customer service and they rule you have to call from the phone number you register from. Keep in mind I am the grandmother I work multiple jobs and call from either one of my cell phone or work phones and they can't assist me. Being a grandmother who applied and registered him the only number on file is mines. His mother has a phone his father has a phone and we have to call from one number which is ridiculous!
